Frequently asked questions

Are graded cards included?

No. Unless a specific listing clearly says otherwise, our frames are display accessories; cards and comic books shown in photographs are for illustration only.

Will my slab fit?

Each product listing will identify supported grading holders and their measurements. Different slab generations and grading companies can vary in size, so please check compatibility before ordering.

Can I change the card?

Our first design is being developed with a removable rear cover. Final instructions and retention details will be provided with the finished product.

Do the frames protect against sunlight?

Do not assume UV protection unless it is specifically stated in the product listing. Keep collectibles out of direct sunlight and away from excessive heat.

Where are the frames made?

Our designs are developed and prototyped in Canada, with small-batch production planned locally.
